 “Renting from Mrs B this year has been full of ease. Communication has been more than adequate with direct informal text messages, and emails when appropriate. Mrs B has been proactive all year giving us guidance with bills and council tax and other relevant tenant duties. On arrival to the house, rooms were very clean and well furnished with suitable desks and storage for students. The living room was made comfy with a clean sofa, chairs and rugs. Whenever we had questions or issues, these were answered or resolved efficiently without interfering with university life. The house was located in a very convenient area in Newcastle Under Lyme affordable for students. It was reassuring throughout the year to have an approachable landlord we could rely on and feel valued. We were well looked after during our year’s tenancy.”

"It was a pleasure staying in one of Mrs B's houses for this past year. The house was clean, tidy and had everything we needed when we first moved in. I found that if there was any problems that needed to be fixed they were done within a day or two, or sometimes done that day! Which was fantastic."


“We moved to one of Mrs B's student houses two years ago, she was really understanding of our needs and renovated the house to our satisfaction. The house itself provides a homely environment and is situated in a very safe area. Mrs B lives nearby and she is always at hand if anything needs fixing or replacing! Mrs B's houses are incredibly affordable for what she offers. From all of Mrs B's houses that we have viewed we have noticed that they are all located near Newcastle town centre or Keele University. Our house is a 5 minute walk from the town centre, has a few shops around the corner and two bus stops which go to Keele.
